The uniqueness of each property drives our marketing plan and determines how and where we advertising that particular listing. From flies-only rivers to lakefront homes to condos - we've tested and researched what works... and what doesn't work. We utilize not only our local advertising venues, but state-wide, national, and on-line. Direct mailing to what we've researched as being the target audience for our listings has proven hugely successful for us in selling our properties. We routinely use periodicals of specific interests - whether that be sporting, boating, or a specific demographic we are trying to reach. We routinely advertise as a company, in order to have a larger presence and reach a wider audience. We know that marketing your property is the most important factor in bringing a qualified buyer.
